These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) govern the conditions for using the consulting services provided by Stronghold Operative Consulting (hereinafter: the Service Provider).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Name: Stronghold Operat\u00edv Tan\u00e1csad\u00e1s Legal Form: Sole trader These GTC apply to all consulting relationships established between the Service Provider and the Client, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The services provided by the Service Provider are of a consulting nature. A contract is formed upon the written agreement of the parties, in particular through acceptance of a commercial offer and\/or signing a consulting agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Service fees are defined in individual commercial offers. The Client is obliged to provide all information required for consulting services accurately and truthfully. The parties shall treat all business and other information obtained during the consulting process as confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Service Provider\u2019s liability is limited exclusively to the professional performance of consulting services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for the implementation of recommendations or for any resulting business, financial, or legal outcomes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n4. Formation of the Contract<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
5. Fees and Payment Terms<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
The Service Provider operates under VAT exemption status.
Payment method and schedule are agreed separately by the parties in writing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n6. Client Obligations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
The Service Provider is not required to verify the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. <\/p>\n\n\n\n7. Confidentiality<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
8. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
9. Dispute Resolution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
