The Service Provider provides electronic commerce services in accordance with the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services (hereinafter: “Eker. tv.”).

The Service Provider sells the following products and services via the Website:

    3.1. Stronghold System Manual

A professional publication available in digital (downloadable PDF) or printed format. The digital product is delivered after purchase, bearing a unique identifier (customer watermark). The printed publication is delivered via postal or courier service.

    3.2. Stronghold Workbook

A practical toolkit available in digital (fillable PDF) or printed (spiral-bound) format, sold either separately or as part of a package alongside the Stronghold System Handbook.

3.3. Handbook + Workbook + Executive Consultation Package (149,000 HUF)

A service package that includes a 60-minute executive consultation—conducted either online or in person—in addition to the digital or printed publications. The date of the consultation is to be agreed upon by the Service Provider and the Customer within 30 days of purchase.

Precise descriptions, contents, and prices of the products are displayed on the respective product pages of the Website. The prices shown are gross prices in Hungarian Forints (HUF).

    4. Formation of the contract and the ordering process

The Customer may place an order for the selected product or service via the Website. Placing an order constitutes an offer by the Customer.
The Service Provider shall acknowledge receipt of the order to the Customer electronically, without delay, via an automatic confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute the conclusion of the contract.
The contract is concluded when the Service Provider accepts the order and notifies the Customer thereof in a separate email, or, at the latest, upon the handover of the product/service or the making available of the digital content.
In the case of digital content, the Service Provider expressly draws the Customer’s attention to the fact that by finalizing the payment and commencing the download, the Customer gives their express prior consent to the commencement of performance and simultaneously acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal (see Point 7).

    5. Payment Terms

The Customer may settle the purchase price via the Website using an online payment service and a bank card. The security of payment transactions is guaranteed by the payment service provider; the Service Provider does not store or process the Customer’s bank card details.
Following successful payment, the Service Provider issues and sends an electronic invoice to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act C of 2000 on Accounting and Act CXXVII of 2007 on Value Added Tax.

    6.1. Digital products

Digital products (PDF publications) are delivered automatically following successful payment via a download link sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. The download link is valid for 14 days from the date of dispatch, and the Customer may download the product a maximum of 3 times.

      6.2. Printed products

Printed publications are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer via postal service or courier service within 5–10 working days following the order and receipt of payment. Shipping costs are displayed on the product page and prior to the finalization of the order.

      6.3. Consultation Service

The Service Provider will arrange the date for the 60-minute executive consultation with the Purchaser within 5 business days of the purchase. The consultation takes place online (via video call) or—subject to specific arrangements—in person.

Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the Buyer—qualifying as a consumer—is entitled to the right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

        7.1. For printed products

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receipt of the product. In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Service Provider at their own expense and in an undamaged condition. The Service Provider shall refund the purchase price within 14 days following the inspection of the returned product.

7.2. For digital content — IMPORTANT EXCEPTION

Pursuant to Section 29 (1) (m) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal regarding digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the business commenced performance with the consumer’s express, prior consent, and the consumer acknowledged—at the time of giving such consent—that they would lose their right of withdrawal once performance had commenced. Upon purchasing the digital Stronghold System Manual and Workbook, the Customer expressly consents—by ticking a specific checkbox during finalization of payment—to the Service Provider commencing performance (sending the download link) immediately, and simultaneously expressly acknowledges that they thereby forfeit their right of withdrawal.

7.3. In the case of consultation services

If the scheduled consultation takes place within 14 days of the order, the Customer may also waive their right of withdrawal—subject to their express consent and acknowledgment of performance—following the provision of the service.

The Stronghold System Manual and the Stronghold Workbook are works protected by copyright, with Anita Zrena as the copyright holder. The work is registered in the voluntary register of works maintained by the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (registration number: 015343; valid until June 16, 2026).
By purchasing the product, the Purchaser acquires not ownership rights, but a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use—strictly for their own internal learning and leadership purposes—pursuant to Sections 42–43 of Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright.

8.1. The license does not authorize the following:

          – copying the product in whole or in part, in digital or printed form,
          – resale, or transfer to a third party (whether free of charge or for consideration),
          – use as educational material, in a training program, or as a course aid,
          – presentation as one’s own consulting methodology, framework, or product,

          – distribution of modified, adapted, translated, or abridged versions,

The Stronghold System Manual and Workbook is a publication intended for educational and leadership development purposes, conveying a general operational framework and methodology. It does not replace a specific operational audit, personalized consulting, or expert legal or financial advice.
The outcome of its application depends in every case on the specific unit’s actual situation, the leader’s execution capabilities, and operational circumstances. The Service Provider assumes no liability for the results of any specific application.
The Service Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Website, unless such damage results from the Service Provider’s intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

The Customer may submit complaints regarding the product or service via email to info@strongholdoperativ.hu. The Service Provider shall respond to the complaint in writing within 30 days, in accordance with the provisions of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection.
If the complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily, the Customer is entitled to turn to a conciliation board. The competent conciliation board, based on the Service Provider’s registered office, is:

The Customer is also entitled to use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

The Service Provider processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information.
Detailed rules regarding data processing are set out in the Service Provider’s separate Privacy Policy, available on the strongholdoperativ.hu website.
