Effective from: 1 January 2026
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) govern the conditions for using the consulting services provided by Stronghold Operative Consulting (hereinafter: the Service Provider).

2. Scope of the GTC
These GTC apply to all consulting relationships established between the Service Provider and the Client, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.
3. Nature of the Service
The services provided by the Service Provider are of a consulting nature.
The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for the implementation of recommendations or for any resulting business, financial, or legal outcomes.
4. Formation of the Contract
A contract is formed upon the written agreement of the parties, in particular through acceptance of a commercial offer and/or signing a consulting agreement.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Service fees are defined in individual commercial offers.
The Service Provider operates under VAT exemption status.
Payment method and schedule are agreed separately by the parties in writing.
6. Client Obligations
The Client is obliged to provide all information required for consulting services accurately and truthfully.
The Service Provider is not required to verify the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
7. Confidentiality
The parties shall treat all business and other information obtained during the consulting process as confidential.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider’s liability is limited exclusively to the professional performance of consulting services.
9. Dispute Resolution
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
If no settlement is reached, the court with jurisdiction at the Service Provider’s registered office shall have exclusive competence.
10. Final Provisions
Matters not regulated in these GTC shall be governed by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.
